Visa Support

At present, the Ukrainian legislation provides for both visa and visa-free entry procedure for foreigners (foreign citizens and non-citizens).

Citizens of most countries are required to get a visa. Citizens of the States which have concluded international agreements with Ukraine on visa-free traveling, enter Ukraine with a valid national passport, provided they have an insurance policy and a duly arranged invitation (original) by a legal or private person from Ukraine, if otherwise is not envisaged by an international agreement. Visas to Ukraine are not required from the citizens of the following countries: Poland, Hungary, Romania, Mongolia, Former USSR countries (except for Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia), citizens of EC, Switzerland, Japan, Canada and United States, etc.

Other foreigners must have a valid passport with Ukrainian visa. To receive a Ukrainian Visa you need an Invitation Letter. We can provide you with this letter. In this case you should provide us with the following information:

  • your full name;
  • date of birth;
  • place of birth;
  • passport data: number, place of issue, date of issue, validity;
  • citizenship;
  • your mailing address, your fax and phone number, your email;
  • arrival and departure dates;
  • exact name of the Embassy to which we are to send a Letter of Invitation.

It takes about five days to issue your Letter of Invitation. We will send it to the Embassy by fax and also a scanned copy to your e-mail.

No invitation letters are necessary for US, Canada, Japan, Switzerland, Slovakia and Turkey citizens and citizens of the countries of the European Union for obtaining official, business, private and cultural and sports visas.
